From acne to clear skin: This skincare helped clear my skin

Acne can be quite an annoyance. While it's not contagious, I have struggled with this skin problem before. From my experience, I know that acne doesn't just occur during puberty but can affect adults as well. None of us are immune to it. However, the good news is that with the right diet, skincare routine, and a few tricks, acne can be managed! Today, I will focus solely on the skincare products that helped me get my acne under control.

I too suffered from acne for a long time, but that is now in the past. For the past three years, I have enjoyed clear skin. I was even asked to share my skincare routine on Instagram and today I going to do so and introduce you to my favorite products.

Please note: I am not a skin expert or dermatologist; I am only speaking from my personal experience. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone suffering from acne or other skin problems to conduct thorough research or consult with a specialist before taking any action.

My skincare products: Tea Tree Oil Facial Cleanser

For my facial cleansing, I use the vegan Tea Tree Wash Gel from The Body Shop. It was recommended to me by a friend and I am very grateful to her. I have been using it for about two years now and I am very satisfied. Anyone prone to excess oil and blemishes should try. The wash gel contains tea tree oil, an essential oil from the leaves of various trees and shrubs. This oil is great for treating bacterial infections, acne, and skin blemishes like pimples and blackheads. It has not only antiviral but also antibacterial effects.

The product is extremely effective and even enriched with community fair trade tea tree oil from Kenya.

My absolute favorite: Pure shea butter

I embarked on a long skincare journey, trying one product after another, but none of them convinced me in the long run. However, in 2020, I discovered pure Shea Butter, which I now use in my day and night care. Since then, my face has become as soft as a kitten's and feels fantastic.

Shea Butter is an insider tip for anyone looking to pamper their skin. It is rich in fatty acids and vitamins, which moisturize and soften the skin. Additionally, Shea Butter has anti-inflammatory and healing properties that can work wonders on the skin.

Regular use of Shea Butter on the body, especially the face, nourishes, tones, and soothes the skin. Its high vitamin E content makes it an effective skin brightener and promotes skin cell regeneration. Since I started using Shea Butter, my skin has become cleaner and smoother, like a little miracle in a jar.

But beware: even though shea butter is great, don't forget to use sunscreen! Sunscreen is essential to prevent skin damage and premature aging. I use Garnier sunscreen with SPF 50 - it contains not only fluid but also hyaluronic acid, which keeps my skin smooth and radiant.

So, if you're looking for a simple and effective way to pamper your skin, try Shea Butter as a day cream and/or as a night cream - you won't regret it!

Another secret tip: Aloe Vera Gel

Who doesn't dream of having a healthy and radiant complexion? Regular skin care is essential, especially at night when the skin can regenerate and recover. And now, I'll share my secret tip which is aloe vera gel!

This gel has many positive properties for the skin. It can soothe, heal, and regenerate, and its cooling effect also helps to reduce inflammation and redness. I personallCosmonatura's aloe vera gel, which contains 99.5% aloe vera, and I love it!

When used as a face mask, aloe vera gel can penetrate deep into the pores and have a powerful effect. To use, simply apply a thin layer of the gel to your cleansed face and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water and continue your usual skincare routine. Your skin will feel soft and supple and have a fresh appearance.

Aloe Vera Gel is a wonderful way to moisturize and regenerate the skin when used as a serum. I apply a thin layer to my face and let it absorb overnight. It can also be combined with other skin care products to enhance its effects.

Overall, Aloe Vera Gel is a great way to provide the necessary care and moisture to the skin, whether used as a face mask or serum. You can try it out and give me your feedback.

But that's not all! My second secret tip is Balea's dark spot lightening product, which contains vitamin C and helps lighten dark spots. I apply it in the morning along with my Shea Butter and sunscreen, and in the evening before I apply my Aloe Vera Gel. The result? Soft, glowing skin in the morning!

So, what are you waiting for? Try it out and let me know how it works for you!
